This model was made untill 2009 and is now out of production. You can replace this by the type G6R-R4AU universal receiver AND a new remote control type G6R-H4T5. Your old handset / remote control will not be able to communicate with the new receiver because of changes in the RF communication frequencies.

Our products are all shipped from a Fulfilment Center located in Alphen a/d Rijn in The Netherlands. Broadly speaking orders placed before 12:00h will be shipped the same day. No packages will be shipped on the weekend.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 30 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
