For EU Customers: you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, as part of the cooling-off period. This period begins the day after you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), receives the product. To exercise this right, you must register your return by completing our online return form at https://boxxl.retourenportaal.nl/sdm-parts/ within 30 days. After registering, return the product to us within 14 days of submitting the form. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, though you may open and inspect it to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 30 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described. Note that the right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases, not business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
