What is the delivery time of my order?

Under normal circumstances, if you place your order before 12:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Since we’re based in the Netherlands, orders within the country typically arrive the next day. For international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination. For instance, orders sent to nearby countries like Belgium or Germany generally arrive within 1-2 business days. If you’re located farther away, such as in southern Spain, delivery may take around 5 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and they may vary slightly depending on local postal services or holidays.

What is the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. When our fulfillment center has packed your order, you’ll receive a second email confirming that it’s ready for shipment. Shortly afterward, look out for an email from the courier, which will contain tracking details to follow your shipment’s progress. Since we work with different couriers depending on the destination, this email may come from PostNL, DPD, or DHL to provide you with the best possible shipping rate.

In addition, you’ll receive a final email with your invoice for record-keeping. Please note that this is for your administrative purposes only, as payment is already completed when you place your order.

Can I also pickup my order?

Unfortunately, in-person order pickups aren’t available. Our logistics and shipping are handled by a dedicated fulfillment center, ensuring that your order is processed, packaged, and shipped as efficiently as possible. This setup allows us to streamline operations and get your parts to you quickly and reliably. While we understand the convenience of picking up an order directly, our fulfillment process helps us maintain fast, accurate service across all orders.
