What payment methods do you accept?
It is possible to use the following payment methods at SDM Parts:
- iDEAL (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank en Van Lanschot Bankiers)
Why would I choose iDEAL?
Do you have internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or Triodos Bank? Then you can use iDEAL. This is the easiest and fastest payment method on the internet (in The Netherlands).
When have you received my payment?
The transaction time depends on the payment method
You can pay with iDeal, Bancontact or PayPal. The transaction time is dependent of the payment method of your choosing. With iDEAL we usually receive the payment within an hour. With Bancontact or PayPal it can take longer before we have received the payment.
Accepted or failed transactions
I have not received an order confirmation
Have you paid but are you uncertain the transaction succeeded? Please check the transaction history in your account. If you cannot find the transaction you have not lost any money. In this case you can place a new order.
Has money been removed from your balance but have you not yet received an order confirmation? We kindly request you to wait a little longer. It can take a while until we have successfully received your payment. The length of the transaction is dependent on the payment method you used
Have you been waiting longer than one day and still have not received an order confirmation? In this case, please contact our sales team.
